By accessing or using DashAI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.

DashAI is an AI-powered study platform that allows users to upload study materials, generate quizzes and flashcards, interact with an AI study assistant, and track learning progress. The Service uses large language models to generate educational content.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Providing accurate and complete registration information
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or extract the AI models
  • Use automated means to access the Service without permission
  • Upload malicious files or content
  • Share your account with others

5. AI-Generated Content

AI-generated content (quizzes, summaries, flashcards, chat responses) is provided for educational purposes only. DashAI does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated content. You should verify important information with authoritative sources before relying on it academically.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of all study materials you upload to DashAI. By uploading content, you grant DashAI a limited license to process and analyze your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We do not use your uploaded materials to train AI models.

7. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

8. Limitation of Liability

DashAI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past twelve months.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
